Shipping

  • Please allow 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. All orders are shipping using USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday. 
  • If you have NOT received a tracking number within 7-10 business days, please check your junk/spam, then email us to inquire about the status of your order. Please contact us via email.
  • Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the US Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact them via their website at usps.com or (800)275-8777
  • All items are made to order and will vary in bleach patterns. If you are not satistfied please contact us via email and I will do my absolute best to correct the issue. 
  • All order MUST select either shipping or local pickup. Please only pick local pickup if you plan to pickup from local address provided. All orders must be picked up within 1 week of completion.
